Sonny Juane, Director of global operations for a plush children’s animal ride company, sought to build a new ride that was sturdier and more affordable to produce. Localized manufacturing and available support options were also key factors desired.
uDesign analyzed failure points in the current design of the rides, both operationally and from a safety standpoint. We redesigned the entire electrical system to reduce cost and increase functionality, and redesigned the frame to reduce overall weight and production cost.
After extensive testing, we produced dozens of new rides, deployed them, and observed further.
The rides were lighter, more efficient, and safer with significantly reduced production cost. We provided continuous support and maintenance, including producing replacement parts rapidly to ensure smooth operation.
